I have been working with Simon for around 4 years now.  In the past I have never had any loyalty with IT recruitment agencies and found them to be all much of the same.  I gave Simon a chance to recruit for a few roles for me and have never looked back.

Simon really understands and goes the extra mile with recruiting. You are not bombarded with CV’s that don’t match the brief, instead have 2-3 top picks for each role to review at a time.  To this day and after 65+ positions filled I have never had to go back and ask for a second batch of CVs for each role.  

Always in contact and always available and helpful, Simon will solve any issue you have including a sudden need from me to feel 40 contract positions in 4 weeks.  Simon developed an open interview approach for me at his office to allow me to interview 15 candidates in each session (normally a morning).  

He arranged it, had all the information and the most important part, he delivered top quality resources allowing me to fulfil my project needs.
